Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond milk sugar free
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 packet Stevia
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Mix for 2 minutes. Scrape the side of the bowl and mix for another 2 minutes. The volume should have doubled to look like the consistency of Cool Whip. Serve immediately.
- You can eat the entire batch for about 165 calories. Or divide it into 4-6 dessert cups and pair it with a light dessert wine, such as a Moscato.
